I tried also to follow a tip to put all the files in a root directory with no success. I think, I did everything correct: an empty USB-Stick with FAT32, zip or exe file extracted on it (I got new folder T-CHUCIPDEUC or T-CHU7DEUC, depending on the version I tried). The same message trying to install firmwares available at the german sites (3001.1 & 3002.2). Now I've tried to install a new firmware from (3001.1) offered at .uk but I get only a message 'No file available to upgrade'. I've already installed some updates, the last one in February 2010, the current version is 5_003001. Living in Germany, I own a british model of LED-TV, it's a UE46B7000.
